Some researchers claim that the food you eat react chemically with your blood type.

Find out yours:

Type O blood:  High protein, vegetables. Consume little grain, beans and dairy.

 Type A blood: Meat free diet, eat more of fruits, veggies, beans and legumes.

Type B blood: Avoid corn, wheat, lentils, peanuts and chicken 😀😀😀😀😀.

Type AB blood: focus on dairy, seafoods, green veggies.
