Warm bath reduces bloating.

Taking a warm bath, soaking and relaxing reduces bloating.  The heat of the bath can provide relief for a sore abdomen.  Relaxation can reduce stress level,which may allow the GI tract to function more.

Bloating occurs when excess gas build up in the stomach or intestine. It makes the stomach look larger than usual.  Fizzy drinks and not enough fiber in diet can cause bloating.
